- FOR SINGLE-ORIGIN TEAS -

We work with several producers in tea-producing countries to help them transition to organic production and assist them in obtaining organic certification.

FOR FLAVORED TEA BLENDS

We are updating our recipes to ensure that only organically grown ingredients are used.

Safety

Under this certification program we have established, all products not derived from organic farming are tested by an independent laboratory to ensure compliance with European standards regarding pesticide residues.

A PEOPLE-CENTERED APPROACH TO OUR WORK

By supporting nonprofit organizations

Since 2020, Palais des Thés has chosen to support the Karuna-Shechen association not only as a financial donor but also through an annual Black Friday For Good campaign and a donation system integrated into its website. We have decided to transform this popular shopping event into a moment of solidarity—in line with our desire to contribute to the well-being of all, and out of respect for the tea-growing regions and the people who produce and enjoy tea every day.

Karuna-Shechen carries out humanitarian projects for disadvantaged communities in India, Nepal, and Tibet. The donations collected have directly contributed to several programs aimed at raising environmental awareness in schools among approximately 1,300 children, as well as to the establishment of organic vegetable gardens for isolated families, providing them with a self-sufficient and diverse diet, and to vocational training opportunities, particularly for women.

Toward our own employees

Every year, we organize several trips so that the Palais des Thés teams can visit tea plantations and immerse themselves in the culture of tea-producing countries.

We also want to encourage our employees to get involved in causes that are important to them. We have chosen Vendredi, a platform for corporate employee engagement. Through this partnership, our teams can select a nonprofit organization to support during their work hours.
