Terroirs of the highest calibre
This ceremonial matcha Kokoro originates from Kagoshima's rich volcanic landscapes and the esteemed Shizuoka growing region. It is produced from tea plants aged between 10 and 40 years, specifically the Tsuyuhikari and Asanoka varieties.
Matcha Kokoro is milled using ceramic spheres to achieve its distinctive fineness. The resulting tea displays a green of remarkable depth and a sophisticated aromatic character, entirely free from bitterness.

Suggestion of preparation
Step 1
Take 1 teaspoon (or 2 spatulas) of matcha
Step 2
Sift it into your bowl
Step 3
Pour 5 cl of water heated to 70 °C and whisk vigorously in a w-shape until you obtain a smooth and frothy texture.
Step 4 (optional)
Add 10 cl of milk for a latte (optional)
Storage advice:
To preserve the quality of this delicate tea, it is best kept in the refrigerator once opened. Consume within 45 days after opening.
