Description
An extraordinary Chinese green tea
This Grand Cru comes to us from the Chinese province of Hubei. An atypical tea, steam-fixed without prior withering, it presents itself in the manner of a Japanese prototype. Its name means "the Jade dew of Enshi".
This superb Hubei green tea is crafted at the dawn of spring, before the festival of full light called "Qingming" in China, which takes place each year in early April.
A green tea of infinite complexity, with a rich aromatic palette in which vegetal and mineral notes linger on the palate.
