Description

This Grand Cru originates from Hubei Province in China. It is an unusual Chinese green tea, processed by steaming without prior withering, which gives it similarities to Japanese green teas. Its name means “Jade Dew of Enshi”.

An exceptionally complex green tea, offering a rich aromatic palette of vegetal and mineral notes that linger beautifully on the palate.

Pre-Qingming

This designation refers to an exceptional tea harvested very early in spring, just before the traditional Qingming Festival on April 5th. This extremely short harvest period marks the beginning of the season and gives the tea its remarkable rarity and exceptional delicacy.
