Description
An exceptional green tea, fashioned with a flat profile
Procured from the Yellow Mountains of Anhui, this green tea is named after the monk Da Fang, credited with its creation during the Song period. Similar to Long Jing, the leaf exhibits a flat configuration, achieved through its wok processing method, which draws out excess moisture and intensifies the aromatic compounds.
Produced during the earliest phase of the growing season, prior to the luminous festival known as Qingming in China, which takes place each year in early April, it captures the complete essence of spring.
A spring first harvest green tea combining both opulence and crisp vitality, carrying flavour notes of chestnuts, roasted hazelnuts and cooked greens. A remarkable Grand Cru!
This tea derives from organic cultivation and carries certification from an accredited, independent control authority.
