Description
A winter tea that heralds spring
In the south of the Indian peninsula, the Nilgiris are the country's second-largest tea-producing region. Drawn from a garden set at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 metres, the leaves of this black tea were harvested in winter.
This black tea distinguishes itself through its vegetal, almond and floral notes, which unfold over a finely astringent texture that prolongs the aromas.
