The Tea Library - Flavoured teas

Palais des Thés welcomes you to explore the art of tasting and its signature flavoured teas. Each tube identifies the tea's aromatic family (floral, fruity, and so forth), its variety and the optimal conditions for preparation.

This gift collection features 10 tubes of loose leaf teas (approximately 12 g per tube), one for each of the carefully selected teas:

- Fleur de Geisha: a green tea with cherry blossom character that transports you to a moment of serene retreat.
- Thé du Hammam: simultaneously robust and fruity, this indispensable tea evokes the flavours of green dates, orange blossom, roses and assorted red fruits.

- Vive les Fêtes: a delightful flavoured tea with almond and cinnamon character that conjures the sensory experience of a carnival.
- Blue of London: an Earl Grey uniting the world's finest black tea variety from Yunnan with crisp, subtle bergamot.
- Goût Russe 7 Agrumes: an extraordinary composition of black tea and citrus fruits with peppery aromatic notes, embodying the celebrated Russian tea tradition.
- Chaï Impérial: drawing inspiration from Indian heritage, this blend of black tea and precious spices including cardamom, cinnamon and pink pepper is absolutely irresistible.
- Thé des Moines: this combination of black and green teas, fashioned after an ancient recipe from a Tibetan monastery, exhibits a distinctive floral character.
- Vive le thé! BIO: vibrant and well balanced, this green tea with citrus and ginger notes, studded with orange fragments, celebrates the art of living well.

The set is accompanied by an educational handbook that explores tasting fundamentals, chronicles the evolution of flavoured tea and details the 10 teas included, offering supplementary insights, preparation instructions and suggestions for harmonious food pairings.
