L'Infuseur: enhanced flavour, streamlined preparation.

This accessory enables you to:

Create exceptional hot tea or iced tea without fuss. Simply combine the suggested amount of your selected tea (consult the brewing instructions on each tea's packaging) with the appropriate volume of water at the correct temperature — the graduated scale on L'Infuseur serves as your reference — then allow to infuse for the specified duration.

Achieve an expertly steeped infusion: within L'Infuseur, tea leaves have room to expand fully in the water, releasing all aromatic compounds and flavour notes. These conditions foster ideal steeping. The experience begins from the moment of preparation: observe the leaves gradually unfold and inhale their enticing fragrances.

When brewing hot tea, after the steeping period concludes, position L'Infuseur over a cup, pitcher, mug or teapot (excluding cast iron) to halt the infusion and pour out the liquid. Your hot tea is then ready to savour.

When making iced tea, transfer the contents of L'Infuseur into a large cup or pitcher containing ice cubes after steeping finishes — your iced tea is prepared for serving.
