The Margaret’s Hope Tea Estate covers 585 hectares and reaches an altitude of 1,830 metres. It is one of Darjeeling’s most renowned tea gardens. This exceptional Grand Cru, crafted from clonal tea bushes, embodies the excellence of precious artisanal craftsmanship.
A spring Darjeeling with vibrant citrus, floral, and fruity notes that delights with every sip. A true masterpiece.
Also delicious as an iced tea:
Steep 8 g of tea in 500 ml of room-temperature water for 30 minutes. Then remove the tea leaves and chill the infusion in the refrigerator.
Suggestion of preparation
Hot preparation: In a teapot: steep for 3 minutes 45 seconds at 85°C (185°F).
Iced tea preparation: In a teapot or pitcher: steep 8 g of tea leaves in 500 ml of room-temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves, then refrigerate until chilled.
