Drawing inspiration from the production methods of the Chinese white tea Bai Mu Dan, this tea originates from the TRFK 306/1 cultivar, known as "purple tea". This iconic Kenyan tea plant is distinguished by its inherent abundance of antioxidants and the purple coloration characteristic of its leaves.
A tea of exceptional delicacy that reveals a floral, fruity and vegetal profile, supported by a velvety texture that caresses the palate.

Using a tasting set or teapot: 6 minutes in water at 90°C.
