Description
Within the jungle expanses of Pai, splendid tea trees flourish freely among remarkable ecological richness. Using these Assamica cultivars, Mrs. Dara produces a black tea subsequently processed through the time honoured Chinese rock tea roasting tradition.
A robust black tea displaying pronounced roast, timber and dark fruit characteristics that emerge over a chalky mouthfeel.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
In a teapot or a tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 90°C (195°F).
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
