Cho Yun-Seok is a master of the tea-making craft, and each year he shapes this extraordinary Grand Cru anew. Jukro is harvested in May on the slopes of Jirisan. After a delicate oxidation and drying, the leaves develop the unique, unforgettable notes for which they are known.
