Description

A Grand Cru renowned for its intense vegetal aromas and remarkable freshness.

This Ichibancha comes from the island of Tanegashima and is crafted from Shimamidori, a cultivar native to the island. Its name literally means "Island Green", and it was developed from Yabukita seeds.

A spring Sencha with a delicious umami character, revealing marine and buttery notes layered over a beautifully intense vegetal profile.
