The origins of Earl Grey
Earl Grey rose to prominence as a celebrated English tradition when Charles Grey, Earl of Falodon and Foreign Secretary of the British Kingdom during the mid-19th century, received from a Chinese mandarin an ancient recipe that called for infusing tea with bergamot.
