Bamboo tea boat

Known literally as "the time of tea", Gong Fu Cha has been observed in China since the 17th century. The tea boat constitutes one of the fundamental tools of the Gong Fu Cha ceremony. In this tradition, it gathers the water of the first infusion, which cleanses the tea leaves and also warms the cups. This water is subsequently poured into the tea boat, functioning as a collection vessel.
