Description
An organic gourmet infusion made of fruits, plants and flowers, French Garden is a delicate blend of pear, apple and mulberry leaves. It captures the spirit of a sumptuous garden marrying refinement with French elegance.
It is entirely caffeine-free and a perfect treat to round off the evening.
This organic infusion is composed of fruits and plants: apple, rose hip, mulberry leaves, pear (pear, rice flour), pear flavours, sunflower petals, marigold flower petals, natural flavours.
For the creation of these infusions, Palais des Thés has drawn on the expertise and creativity developed over nearly 30 years in the crafting of flavoured teas. The Gardens are beautiful infusions of wholesome, gourmet fragrances, built from complex combinations of fruits, flowers and aromatic plants – each one evoking a particular garden.
Note: depending on the size of certain fruit pieces, infusions may show slight differences in colour or taste from one brew to another. This does not affect their qualities.
Suggestion of preparation
To make iced infusion:
Infuse 30g (or 6 tbsp) of Fresh Garden in 1L of water at room temperature for 1 hour.
Once the infusion is ready, place it in the fridge until it gets iced.
To make latte infusion:
Steep 10g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 90°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.Find out more about the latte preparation.
