This herbal tea is made of:

• birch: a symbol of renewal in Nordic culture and known for its high content of flavonoids with antioxidant properties, birch (Betula in Latin) contains diuretic and cleansing agents that help the body eliminate toxins. Birch leaves, bark and sap are therefore perfect ingredients for a detox herbal tea.

• sea buckthorn, cranberry, elder, blueberry: this mix of wild berries with antioxidant properties and a high vitamin content provides the body with what it needs to naturally support immune defences. Particularly rich in vitamin C, they help revitalise the body, keeping it in good shape all year long. Brought together, these berries lend the recipe fruity, gourmet notes.
