Description
A superb Grand Cru scented with real jasmine flowers
In spring, the tea leaves are shaped into pearls. Then, once summer arrives, they are placed in contact with the fresh flowers for an entire night, at the very moment when jasmine releases all of its aromatic richness. This scenting process is sometimes repeated over several consecutive nights, so that the tea is fully imbued with these unique fragrances.
The softness of green tea blends beautifully with the subtlety of jasmine to give rise to an exceptional tea with floral, opulent and fresh notes.
It is recommended to prepare this tea in a gaiwan (the Gong Fu Cha method) to savour all of its complexity.
