Description
A genuinely distinctive Batabatacha. In contrast to the Toyama variety, the Itoigawa version undergoes no fermentation. Blended from 40% classic Bancha, 40% Chamaecrista and 20% Daizu (soybean), this represents an exceptionally scarce tea!
Pronounced roasted character marks this tea, complemented by notes of coffee beans, grain and robust liquorice, supported throughout by marked sweetness.
