Summer Fizz Bio is a refreshing green tea in which the crisp flavours of lime and ginger encounter the warmth of aromatic spices. Inspired by mixology principles, this distinctive, tart blend works beautifully served chilled, crafted into a cocktail or savoured on its own.

Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Infuse 8g for 50cl of room temperature water during 45 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Infuse 8g for 50cl of filtered water at 75°C for 4mn.
