About the authors:

François-Xavier Delmas founded Palais des Thés. Over three decades, he has visited tea growing regions worldwide and dedicates several months yearly to partnering with premier producers to source the exceptional teas stocked in his establishments throughout France and internationally. Mathias Minet brings expertise as a professional tea taster. He joined Palais des Thés two decades ago and previously held leadership responsibilities alongside François-Xavier Delmas.

Together in 1999, they established L'École du Thé, an institution devoted to tea education and tasting instruction, where they transmit their comprehensive knowledge and experience. Their profound grasp of tea combined with their acclaimed tasting abilities position them among the world's leading tea authorities.

About the illustrator:

Lauriane Tiberghien discovered her passion for illustrated books in early childhood. As a trained graphic designer, she now operates independently as an art director for publishing companies. She also maintains an online source of creative ideas for book enthusiasts and professionals: The Book Club.
