Description

A rare green tea with golden-yellow buds

This Grand Cru comes from a cultivar that produces extraordinary golden-coloured buds. In Chinese it is called Huang Jin Ye ("golden-yellow leaves"). It is harvested in the Fujian region, at over 600 metres of altitude. A rare tea!

All the freshness of spring is expressed in this tea, made in the very first days of the season, before the festival of full light known as "Qingming" in China, held each year in early April.

A wonderful spring green tea whose remarkable almond and floral notes bloom over an elegant, silky texture. A real gem!
