Suggestion of preparation

For standard preparation (hot):

Quantity: 6g for 30cl of water.
Steep for 3 to 4 minutes in water at a temperature of 75°C.

For preparation as iced tea:

Quantity: 15g per 1l of water.
Steep in cold water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then chill and enjoy.
