Earl Grey has been an English classic ever since Charles Grey, Earl of Falodon and Foreign Secretary of the British Kingdom in the mid-19th century, was given an old recipe by a Chinese mandarin — one that consisted of scenting his tea with bergamot.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
Prepare this tea iced:
Take 16 g of tea leaves per liter of water at room temperature, infuse for 45 minutes, remove leaves and chill.
