Japanese Detox represents a sophisticated blend that unites the cleansing virtues of Sencha green tea, spirulina and buckwheat with the gentle, calming essence of nashi pear. An excellent companion for tranquil moments, it can be savoured equally well when served warm or chilled.

This subtle composition features:
• green teas from China and Japan: celebrated for their cleansing qualities, these green teas are exceptionally abundant in catechins – potent antioxidant compounds that play a role in weight management – and caffeine, which delicately removes excess fluid and impurities.
• spirulina: this minute algae, consumed in greater quantity by Japan than any other nation, ranks among nature's superfoods. Abundantly supplied with iron, vitamins, amino acids and minerals, this crucial detox ingredient contains a remarkable antioxidant – phycocyanin – which facilitates the liver's detoxification process and functions as an inherent anti-inflammatory agent.

Suggestion of preparation
We recommand you to use a metal filter and not a disposable paper filter to prepare Japanese Detox, for an optimal infusion of spirulina.
How to prepare this tea hot:
Infuse 15g of Organic Japanese Detox in 1L of water at 75°C for 3 min.
How to prepare this tea iced:
Infuse 16g of Organic Japanese Detox in 1L of water at room temperature for 30 min. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 75°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.
