Tucked into a bamboo forest high in Shan Lin Xi, the tea bushes grow in a remarkable natural setting. Crafted from the qing xin cultivar, the leaves of this mountain tea are picked at 1,200 metres above sea level!

Remarkably smooth on the palate, it unveils strikingly elegant fruity, floral and vanilla nuances — a high mountain tea that lingers long in the memory!

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 90°C / 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Prepare this tea iced: 
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 50 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
