The signature gourmet, fruity-floral notes of red berries and blossoms remain central to the cup – yet here they are anchored by rhubarb instead of green date.
A Chinese Qimen black tea forms the foundation, bestowing both richness and an elegant refinement upon this wonderfully aromatic blend.
Suggestion of preparation
For standard preparation (hot):
Quantity: 6g for 30cl of water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes in water at a temperature of 90°C.
For preparation as iced tea:
Quantity: 15g per 1l of water.
Steep in cold water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then chill and enjoy.
