A refined oolong with a robust roast
China Beauty is a deeply oxidised oolong inspired by the celebrated Taiwanese "Oriental Beauty". The leaves are bitten by a relative of the Paoli, a small Taiwanese insect, before they are harvested, which encourages them to develop fruity and woody scents.
This exquisite semi-oxidised tea enchants the palate with a rich aromatic complexity where honey, floral and fruit notes weave together in perfect balance.
This tea is organically produced and certified by an accredited independent control agency.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
