This tea is cultivated following organic practices and carries certification from Ecocert, a recognized independent certifying body.

To enjoy it as a hot infusion:

Add 6 g of leaves to 30 cl of water brought to 95°C. Infuse for 4 minutes.

To savour it as a tea latte:

Steep 8 g for 4 minutes in a blend of 25 cl water at 95°C and 25 cl warm milk (dairy or plant based). Top with foam made using an electric frother.

To prepare it as chilled tea:

In a teapot or carafe: allow 8 g of leaves to infuse in 50 cl of room temperature water for 30 minutes. Strain the leaves and chill thoroughly.

In China, black teas receive the name red teas, owing to the coppery red tone of their steeped liquor. These represent teas whose leaves have undergone complete oxidation, a transformation that shapes their distinctive taste profile.
