Description
Long Jing, popularly referred to as "Dragon Well", ranks among the most celebrated Chinese green teas globally. Sourced from Zhejiang province, it stands as an essential addition to any tea collection.
Cultivated in the elevated slopes of the Tieh Mu mountains, this tea distinguishes itself through its unique flat, leaf shaped pressing that creates the signature look of the dried leaves.
Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 75°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.
