This distinctive blend marries the refined sweetness of red fruits and floral notes with the inherent mellowness of rooibos in an uncommonly elegant fashion.
Originally grown in South Africa, Aspalathus linearis, popularly called the rooibos bush, is a distinct plant from the tea plant. It yields a pleasurable drink that contains zero caffeine and virtually no tannin content.
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare latte rooibos:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 95°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.
