With outstanding precision, this electronic scale measures to approximately 0.1 g, enabling you to perfect the brewing of your teas. The device comprises a black plastic housing equipped with a liquid crystal display and a stainless steel weighing platform.

Like water quality, water temperature and infusion duration, proper tea leaf dosage represents a fundamental element of successful tea preparation. Keep in mind: larger quantities of leaves yield greater numbers of aromatic compounds; the resulting tasting experience then unfolds with richer notes and textures, greatly enhancing sensory enjoyment.

To achieve optimal results, use 8 to 10 g of tea per 50 cl of water. The suggested amount for a single cup or teapot appears on all our tea packages and in our tea cooking recipes.

Operation requires 2 AAA (1.5 V) batteries, which are included.
