Description
An exquisitely refined and well balanced organic tea from Mozambique. Its woody and fruity character offers a luxurious moment of respite any hour of the day.
The British brought tea farming to Africa during the nineteenth century. Though still relatively undiscovered as a tea terroir, Mozambique delivers an exceptional setting for tea cultivation on account of its tropical climate. Its position near the Indian Ocean, the nutrient rich earth and consistent precipitation create optimal conditions for the tea bushes to thrive.
Distinguishing itself from most of Africa's fuller bodied black teas, this one is celebrated for its refined quality and sumptuous appeal. Equally sublime served on its own or finished with a splash of milk.
