An organic rooibos for Earl Grey lovers
Palais des Thés reinterprets its favourite Earl Grey, Thé des Lords, on a base of organic rooibos. A recipe that brings together the citrusy power of bergamot and the roundness of rooibos in perfect harmony.
Naturally caffeine-free, it is the ideal evening companion for devoted Earl Grey lovers.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this rooibos warm:
Take 6 g of rooibos for 30 cl of water and heat to 95°C. Steep for 5 minutes.
Prepare this rooibos iced:
Take 16 g of rooibos per liter of water at room temperature, infuse for 45 minutes, remove the leaves and chill.
Prepare this rooibos latte:
Infuse 8 g rooibos in a mixture of 25 cl water at 95°C and 25 cl hot milk (animal or vegetable) for 5 min. Froth with an electric whisk.
