Since the colonial era, the English have enjoyed blending teas of distinct origins (Darjeeling, Assam, Ceylon and others), varying the blend proportions according to the moment of day: more robust brews for morning, gentler infusions for afternoon. Following this established practice, Palais des Thés has formulated blends calibrated to suit different times throughout the day.
