This green tea comes from the Georgian region of Guria. The name Phoenix reflects the distinctive handling of its leaves: during the final stage of production they are subjected to intense roasting, which imparts this tea its characteristic nature.
An exceptional Grand Cru that unfolds complex roasted notes, transitioning to a fruity conclusion supported by a silky mouthfeel.
