Description
Drawing on sobacha, a time honoured Japanese beverage, this infusion of roasted buckwheat contains no caffeine and makes an excellent choice for any time throughout the day. Buckwheat, termed soba in the Japanese language, undergoes roasting until achieving a rich golden tone, which brings forth aromas reminiscent of toasted sesame with subtle hazelnut undertones.
Within Japan, sobacha is particularly valued for its exceptional thirst quenching properties. The beverage is available in many establishments and can be consumed either warm or chilled. It is a welcoming drink for all family members and pairs wonderfully with any meal.
